Because of this, We have been doing screen work since young’s kids as our dad had a screen business and now we have our own business as the premier pool enclosure, screen enclosure, patio, and screen room contractor in all of Florida. We have been designing fully custom pool and screen enclosures for our loyal customers through hurricanes, hot summer days, and everything in between – each job is designed to specifically fit your house.​

Our process can be summed up in four steps:

  1. Estimate: We assign you a sales representative to walk and assess your desired screen enclosure area, who will then provide a cost estimate and timeline to installation.

  2. Engineering & Permitting: Once a contract is signed, our team will create an initial design concept, and send it to our structural engineer. Upon receiving the engineering stamp of approval, the project will then move to our permitting dept. where it will begin the process of zoning, planning and building approvals.

  3. Fabrication & Installation: Once all permits have been approved by your local municipality, we will then schedule a final measurement to ensure an exact fit for your project. Our in-house fabrication team will custom build your pool enclosure to the blueprint we’ve created and adhere to state and local municipality guidelines. After, one of our 7 installation crews will install your enclosure to the specs of the plans & permits.

  4. Inspection: After a pool or screen enclosure has been installed, we will schedule an inspection with the necessary authorities in Orange, Seminole, Lake, Brevard, or Osceola Counties.
